Entrance: 1 step up with 2 push-pull doors (pushing inwards when outside the outlet). There is also a handicap access sign to the right, under which is a bell. It seems like it could be used to signal for assistance if necessary, but this was not tested out by the reviewer.
Surface: Flat and even surface throughout the outlet.
Express Banking area: located immediately after the entrance. Has little to no physical barriers in front of the ATM, cash deposit machine and bill payment machine.
Financial Services: The booths are located right after the express banking area. It has removable chairs and the table seems to be able to allow for access by wheelchair.
Counter Services: Aisle is wide enough to access the counter area at the back of the outlet. However, the counters might be a little high.
