After alighting at JE mrt, head to the direction of JCube. Library is located behind Jcube and the trail is now more wheelchair friendly. As seen from the pictures, there are spacious walkways with gentle ramps.

However journey may be rather far from MRT

Library has lifts (easy to find) and spacious gaps between the shelves.
