This is an MRT station on the East-West line (green line).

Lifts: 2 to the platform level, and 4 outside the mrt gates.

Toilet: 1 near the 7 eleven store, though not in top quality condition. Suggest to try the ones in clementi mall.

Other remarks: You will find steps but there are accessible ramps everywhere. Not very spacious on the clementi mall side. Crowded during peak times. MRT staff very helpful.

No progress on the lift situation, but you can call 6899 5907 for help if you get stuck,

The new lift on the platform is not wheelchair friendly, especially for large wheelchairs. It's too narrow. Once you get in, you can't quite turn around to press the lift buttons. So if you are alone, there's good chance you can get trapped in!
